Registered in England and Wales, company number 15473881.
Registered office: 9 Sheepwash Court, Basingstoke, England, RG24 9GW.
Email: info@enervglobal.com.

You do not have to provide personal information to read the website. If you ask for a response or demonstration, we need sufficient contact information to deal with your request.
2. What information do we handle?
Information you choose to send
When you email, telephone or request a demonstration, this can include your name, company, business email address, telephone number, area of interest and the contents of our correspondence.
When you submit the demonstration form, its fields are sent to Netlify for storage and spam screening. Verified submissions can be forwarded to our business mailbox through Netlify email notifications. Our page code does not save the form fields in your browser’s local storage. Please do not include resident details, health information or customer case evidence in a website enquiry.
Technical information and browser preferences
Serving and protecting a website can involve hosting and security services processing your IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information and diagnostic logs. Your browser also processes the information needed to display pages. The cookie preference described below stays in your browser and is not sent to an enquiry database.
3. Why do we use information, and on what basis?
- Answering business enquiries and arranging demonstrations: our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective customers, explaining our products and managing relevant business correspondence.
- Taking steps towards an agreement with you personally: where applicable, processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For contacts acting on behalf of a company, we normally rely on the business communication interests described above.
- Operating and protecting the website and our communications: our legitimate interests in making information available, maintaining service reliability, detecting misuse and protecting information.
- Keeping records required by law: compliance with the relevant legal obligation, where one applies.
- Remembering your cookie notice choice: your request to save that preference in this browser. Choosing not to save it does not restrict access to the website.
An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or give permission for unrelated marketing. This marketing website does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
5. How long do we keep information?
We keep enquiry correspondence while dealing with your request and while a relevant business discussion remains active. When it is no longer needed, our policy is to delete it or anonymise it, unless a continuing customer relationship, legal duty, complaint or potential legal claim requires relevant records to be kept.
We decide the retention period by the purpose of the correspondence, whether the enquiry has been resolved, any continuing customer relationship and the applicable record-keeping requirements. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting or security service’s retention settings and the operational or security purpose. You can ask us about the retention arrangements for information relating to you.
A saved cookie notice preference is valid for 180 days. Our code removes an expired preference when the site is next opened. You can remove it sooner in Cookie settings or by clearing this website’s browser storage.
6. Your rights and how to complain
Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis used, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of use or a portable copy of information you provided. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Your right to object
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, explaining your circumstances. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Email info@enervglobal.com to exercise these rights.
We may need to confirm your identity before responding. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.
You can raise a privacy concern with us using the contact details above. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. You do not have to contact us first to exercise that right.
